1. Eligibility for a Refund
You may request a refund under the following conditions:
The refund request is made within 30 days from the date of payment.
The request applies only to web packages purchased from Evantro.
The refund request is submitted following the proper procedure (detailed below).
Refunds do not apply to certain non-refundable costs, which are explained in the next section.
2. Non-Refundable Services & Charges
Certain services and fees are not covered under the 30-day money-back guarantee, including:
Domain name purchases: Domains are registered through third-party providers and are non-refundable.
Web hosting/server costs: Any fees related to server setup or hosting services are non-refundable.
Advertising spend: If we have executed marketing campaigns, the advertising budget spent on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or any other paid channels will not be refunded.
Custom services or additional work: Any extra services beyond the standard web package (e.g., custom development, graphic design, integrations) are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
3. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund request, follow these steps:
1. Send an email to refund@evantro.com with the subject line: “Refund Request – [Your Purchase ID].”
Provide the following details in your email:
Your full name and contact details
Your purchase ID (found in your payment confirmation email)
A brief reason for requesting the refund
2. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days regarding approval or any additional information required.
3. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
4. Important Notes
Refunds are issued only for the web package fee; any third-party service costs are non-refundable.
If you choose an installment payment plan, the refund will be calculated based on the amount paid, minus any non-refundable charges.
Evantro reserves the right to decline refund requests if there is evidence of policy misuse or fraudulent claims.
